Terms and conditions

1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of learnispire.com and the LearnIspire platform, run by MK Edulance Private Limited ("LearnIspire", "we", "us"). By using LearnIspire you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use LearnIspire.

2. Words we use

  • Account: what you log in to. It is held by the person who pays and can hold one or more learners.
  • Learner: a person who takes classes. An adult learner holds their own account.
  • Teacher: a person approved by us to teach on LearnIspire.
  • Class: a live one-to-one online session booked through LearnIspire.

3. Accounts

  • Give accurate, complete and current information.
  • You log in with a one-time code sent to your WhatsApp. Keep your phone secure, never share a code, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
  • Learners under 18 need a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian creates the account, accepts these terms for the learner and is responsible for how the learner uses LearnIspire.
  • The account holder pays for every learner on the account.

4. Classes

  • Classes are live, one-to-one and held on Google Meet. They last 60 minutes unless your plan says otherwise.
  • New learners get a free demo class before choosing a plan.
  • Keep your availability accurate. We use it to schedule classes.
  • Cancelling and rescheduling follow the notice period shown in your account. A class cancelled late or missed may still be charged.
  • Classes may be recorded for quality and teaching purposes. Recordings belong to LearnIspire and may not be downloaded, copied or shared without our permission.

5. Fees and payment

  • Prices are set per class for each grade, board and subject, and are shown on our pricing page and in your account.
  • Prices may change. A change applies to new plans and payments, never to ones already paid.
  • You pay for monthly plans through PayU, by UPI, card, net banking or wallet.
  • Refunds follow our refund policy, available on the platform.

6. Teachers

  • Teachers apply through the site. We verify qualifications and experience and may turn down any application.
  • Teachers are paid the agreed rate for each class they teach, once a month, to the bank account they give us.
  • Teachers take classes as scheduled, teach well, behave professionally, keep their availability current and share feedback on learner progress.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use LearnIspire to:

  • Break any law or regulation.
  • Harass, abuse or harm anyone.
  • Pretend to be LearnIspire, our staff or another person.
  • Stop others from using LearnIspire, or interfere with how it works.
  • Reach parts of LearnIspire you are not allowed to access.

8. Content

When you share content on LearnIspire, you let us use, store, show, copy and adapt it to run the service. This licence is non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable and worldwide.

Everything we provide, including text, graphics, logos, images, video and software, belongs to LearnIspire or our suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

9. Ending your account

We may suspend or close your account at once, without notice, if you break these terms. You can stop using LearnIspire at any time, or ask us to delete your account.

10. Limits of our liability

LearnIspire and its directors, staff, partners and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including lost profits, data or goodwill, that come from:

  • Using, or not being able to use, LearnIspire.
  • The conduct or content of any third party on LearnIspire.
  • Content you get from LearnIspire.
  • Unauthorised access to, or changes to, your data.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. For a material change we will try to give at least 30 days' notice before it takes effect.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
